Configuration of Education Perfect
EP is a toolkit of learning, assessment and analytics features designed to help teachers engage students, track growth and differentiate their teaching.
Data Sync (Manual)
Data is NOT synchronised to the EP system anymore as staff being imported from eduHUB were forced to use their @education.vic.edu.au address and not their @fountaingatesc.vic.edu.au address for Single Sign-On (SSO).
A manual sync is usually done every year but after this, if students are missing from the system please email one of the technicians the following details:
- Student Full Name
- Student ID
- Class Groups students need to be in (this can be done by staff for classes they control)
Logging into Education Perfect (Authentication)
Authentication is linked to the schools o365 tenant so all authentication is done using the users Fountain Gate SC school email address and password. (@fountaingatesc.vic.edu.au)
If staff/students have trouble logging in please visit IT and we can check to see if your have been added to the system correctly. The SSO sign in URL is https://sso.educationperfect.com/sso/start?schoolid=4971
