Credentials

Your username and password are required before proceeding with these steps. If you do not have your school login credentials, please visit the IT office (in the VCE Centre) during recess/lunch. If this is your first-time setup, please follow the steps in numbering order. If you have just reset your password, please allow up to 30 minutes for this password to sync with o365 systems.

BYOD Minimum Requirements

The device must have:

a battery life of at least 5 hours
a screen size of at least 10" (diagonally)
be able to access wireless networks (preferably using 5GHz (802.11 a/n/ac) or above)
run Windows 10/11+ or Apple MacOS 13+ (Check to see if your Mac can support MacOS 13 and greater)
- Chromebooks, iPads and Android(Google) tablets are NOT supported.
have a physical keyboard (i.e. not an on-screen keyboard)

6 - VIVI - Screen Casting

Information to help students install the Vivi client. A useful tool to stream to projectors within the classroom for collaboration

7 - Printing using WebPrint

Information to help students print within the school network using WebPrint

8 - Microsoft OneDrive

Information to help students install and configure the OneDrive client - Saving school work to cloud storage

9 - Adobe Suite

Information to help students install the Adobe software suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Audition).

(Optional for students in select classes - Media, Photography, etc).

Information to help students install the NAPLAN Locked Down Browser on their BYOD device for NAPLAN testing.
