ClickView

Use this guide to access ClickView using your Department account. Whether you're opening a shared lesson link or signing in directly, the sign-in process is the same.

Option 1: Opening a Shared ClickView Link

1. Open the ClickView link provided by the absent teacher.
2. Select Sign in to watch.
3. Continue with the steps in Sign In to ClickView below.

Option 2: Signing In Directly

1. Go to https://auth.clickviewapp.com/login
2. Continue with the steps in Sign In to ClickView below.

Sign In to ClickView

1. Enter your @education.vic.gov.au or @schools.vic.edu.au email address.
2. Select Continue.
3. Select Sign in with eduPass.
4. Enter your Department username (your @education.vic.gov.au or @schools.vic.edu.au email address).
5. Enter your password.
6. Select Sign in.

Troubleshooting

I receive a sign-in error

• Return to the previous page.
• Ensure you selected Sign in with eduPass.
• Sign in using your current Department account (@education.vic.gov.au or @schools.vic.edu.au).
• If the issue continues, log an IT Support request.
